Using an existing heritage listed cottage as the centre of the adaptation to a preschool, pavillions were added in a style sympathetic to the existing building form.

A greenfield site for the main university in a new education precinct. Designed around a central lake and “quadrangle” island, the vehicle free campus allows for future expansion to include a business centre in association with student development. The architecture, interiors and landscape reflect the design oriented curriculum of the university.
