Educated in Australia and the UK, Graham has over 40 years of experience in master planning, architecture, interiors, landscape and heritage work. Graham has been executive director of a number of international design companies including his own private practice. His extensive management and industry skills have ensured the maintenance of a close relationship with clients to ensure projects of excellence.
With a strong belief in the integration of professionals, he leads a team of international consultants to provide cohesive design solutions in a wide range of project types.

kartik wadwha

Kartik Wadwha has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Arizona State University with majors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is a result driven professional with over 10 years of experience in the field of AV installation and AV and lighting rental/event market.
Combining technical and creative skills Kartik produces some of the most spectacular AV projection and lighting shows for installation and events. He has a complete technical understanding from an engineering background. He is able to design, install, program and teach all aspects of the systems. His project management, planning, engineering, programming and complete show execution is a valuable asset to the Ormsby Design Group cultural tourism projects.

sanjeev kataria

Sanjeev Kataria, an MBA from New Delhi, India with 20+ years of work experience, has been driven by his love for art and technology which he has been gradually blending and building over the years.
A project planner and creative director, Sanjeev is involved with event planning and design, script writing, editing, story board, sound design etc. He has led projects for son et lumiere shows, curated & created 2D-3D content, visual effects, virtual and augmented reality — all suited to the expertise required for Ormsby Design Group cultural tourism projects.
He has been involved in key projects for Punjab, MP and Gujarat Government in India and international events in US, UK and Thailand. Sanjeev has proven skills as an innovator to create a better product by integrating technology for the projects.

david huxatable
heritage interpretation designer
David Huxtable, the Director of LookEar, has worked in the natural and cultural heritage interpretation sector for more than thirty years throughout Australia and internationally.
Throughout this time, David has focused on developing inventive interpretation facilities that establish a clear structure between a site, it's significance, its stories and the people who visit it. This involves careful and imaginative interpretive planning and design, combined with an enthusiasm to foster new and innovative approaches.
David's skills in heritage interpretive planning and design include concept development and research, creating succinct and engaging interpretive presentations from complex material, utilising both tangible and intangible objects in interpretive exhibition design, and utilising all forms of media to present the interpretive stories.
David has extensive experience in communicating these ideas with key stakeholders and receiving their input, including several projects involving close consultation with local Aboriginal communities.

Soumendra is an IIT Post Graduate in Architecture with 12 + years experience working with JonesLangLaselle and a Lehman Brothers SPV for their high end real estate exposure in India. Previously representing in India a Bangkok based architecture and interior design firm, Soumendra joined Ormsby Design Group as Business Development Director. He has been involved in Radisson Varanasi, Novotel Ahmadabad, Double Tree by Hilton, Marriott Raipur and has working relationships with leading operators – Starwood / Accor / IHG / Marriott and key developers. He specialises in designing a concept mix of real estate assets to maximize clients’ ROI through optimum and newly defined usability concepts tagged with strategic brand alliances.

vinod daniel

Vinod Daniel is the CEO of Daniel Aspac Pty Ltd, Chairman of AusHeritage, and CEO of the India Vision Institute. He was a Board member of the Australia India Council for the period 1995-2011 and Vice Chairman of the International Council of Museums – Committee for Conservation for the period 2008-2014.
He was awarded the Indo-Australian Award for Meritorious Service by the Indo-Australian Association in 2009, the International Council of Museums Australia Award for International Relations in 2011, the Association of Community Opthalmologists of India (ACOIN) Golden Eye Award in 2012 and the Association of Soft Skills Trainers (ASTRA) Service Excellence Award in 2014 for sustainable contribution to the field of Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management relating to “Cultural Heritage and Blindness Prevention”. He has worked on heritage projects in over 35 countries, presented over 80 papers and has over 150 media stories.

Yutthana (Yutt) studied in both Thailand and USA. He has specialised in his experience on residential and hospitality interior design, having worked with a number of large international design practices on projects in Thailand, India, UAE and China. His understanding of the technical aspects of hotel operations along with the aesthetic quality of large spaces through to fine details, provides Yutt with an appropriate balance of visually stunning design and practicality - combined with the understanding of working in an integrated team of design consultants.

Chris Faisandier is a trained and experienced teacher and educational administrator. His teaching career included some 23 years as Principal in three schools in three different sectors (Catholic, Independent and International) in three countries. In all positions he was engaged in significant change management planning around school growth or expansion. Since 2004 he has been the Australian director of an Australasian educational consultancy working in school and institutional review and improvement across multiple countries and systems. His consultancy work has included lengthy roles as project leader in capacity building projects in Vietnam, Japan and most recently Palestine where he has led a complex review and strategic planning process for Bethlehem University resulting in design work in conjunction with Ormsby Design Group.
