As part of the proposed development of the Arts Precinct in Manila, the lineal site connected cultural hubs of hotel, restaurants, galleries, theatre, performance spaces, film centre, library, art studios and retail – using walkways and electric car transport between stations. A dynamic precinct for both locals and tourists.
